In support of the Malta Community Chest Fund.

Rob’s Drumathon was a 36-hour non-stop live performance by Maltese drummer Robert Spiteri. The initiative was held in support of the Malta Community Chest Fund, combining endurance, music, and generosity into one powerful fundraising movement. The campaign was built to drive awareness, generate online traction, and keep the energy high across platforms from start to finish.

Ponder & Pitch was brought in to shape the campaign’s identity and manage the digital rollout. With MCCF involved, every creative step had to align with their internal approvals and communication standards, ensuring all visuals and messages stayed true to the cause.

We developed a strong campaign identity that could scale across multiple formats and channels. The logo system was created to match the intensity and rhythm of the performance, featuring a dynamic combination of high-contrast colour, rhythmic visual cues, and bold typography that would work across social, print, and live visuals. The brand presence needed to stand out across Instagram, reels, and stage visuals while staying accessible and consistent.

Alongside the branding, we managed a full social media strategy and execution plan. The campaign ran across Instagram and Facebook, with visuals built for performance and reach. Branded stories, quote cards, artist countdowns, and performance updates were posted in real-time, with visuals tailored for fast upload and mobile visibility. All digital content was reviewed in collaboration with MCCF to ensure it matched their guidelines and tone of voice.

During the 3 days, our team was present throughout the event, supporting Robert and the MCCF teams on the ground. This allowed for live content coordination, on-the-spot adjustments, and full alignment with the campaign momentum as the event unfolded.

The result was a well-executed identity and digital presence that helped amplify the Drumathon’s message across platforms. Engagement remained strong throughout, with consistent branding and a message that resonated across audiences. The campaign helped position the event not just as a musical feat, but as a public expression of support for a national cause.

At Ponder & Pitch, we believe creative campaigns that serve real causes deserve systems that work. Whether the format is 36 hours of drumming or 12 months of content, our goal is always the same, make it count.
