Background

Kevin Buttigieg is one of the most recognisable names in Maltese real estate. As the co-founder of JK Properties and the person responsible for bringing RE/MAX to Malta in 2004, he helped redefine the local property market. Today, he leads a network of over 30 offices and nearly 400 agents. His reputation spans property sales, relocation services, business mentorship, and investment, built over decades of consistent performance and vision.

The Brief

Our role was to develop a personal brand identity that could sit confidently next to Kevin’s business legacy. The focus was on strategic refinement, not reinvention, aligning his public presence with the reputation he’s earned over years of leadership. The brand needed to reflect trust, professionalism, and scale, while staying agile enough for modern platforms and investor-facing channels.

Brand Identity

The visual direction was built to mirror the way Kevin works: structured, confident, and forward-looking. Every design decision was made with cross-platform coherence in mind. From social media and presentations to print material and speaking engagements, the brand system was crafted to feel consistent without becoming rigid. The palette, type choices, and layout system were understated but deliberate, designed to signal authority without falling into cliché.

Digital Strategy

As part of the brand evolution, a tailored social content approach was developed. The tone of voice was established to speak directly to two key audiences: different demographics of people looking for property and relocation, and professionals looking to grow within the industry. The design system for social content was refined for clarity and impact, supporting everything from market commentary to property updates.

Brand Positioning

Kevin’s influence goes beyond listings. His role in expanding RE/MAX Malta and growing the JK Group means he’s often operating at the intersection of business development and sector leadership. The brand work accounted for this, creating space to showcase both his corporate presence and entrepreneurial mindset. The platform now supports multiple narratives, from luxury property to thought leadership, without losing cohesion.

Outcome

This wasn’t a rebrand. It was a refinement of reputation. A way to turn presence into positioning, and long-earned authority into consistent digital equity. The new brand identity strengthens recognition, opens up future communication channels, and ensures Kevin’s name continues to signal excellence, no matter the format.
