Project Manager (Part Time – Hybrid Model)

We’re looking for a Project Manager who can be the steady hand in our creative studio. You’ll be supporting the Creative Director, keeping projects on track, and stepping in to lead the team when needed. This is about more than just timelines, it’s about helping big ideas come to life by making sure the details are in place.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage client projects and make sure deadlines are met
  • Support the Creative Director with daily priorities and tasks
  • Act as the go-to person for the team for anything related to projects
  • Keep communication clear between clients, creative director and our super team

What we’re looking for:

  • A background in marketing or design to understand procceses and work flows
  • Organised, proactive, and confident leading projects independently
  • A natural communicator who can balance structure with creativity
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, idea-driven studio


Graphic Designer (Part Time – Hybrid Model)

We’re after a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visuals that stick. As part of our team, you’ll work across branding, campaigns, and digital projects, helping clients tell their stories in ways that are bold, polished, and on point.

What you’ll do:

  • Create visuals across branding, campaigns, and digital platforms
  • Translate briefs into designs that feel fresh and consistent
  • Work closely with the team to bring creative concepts to life
  • Balance creativity with attention to detail across every project

What we’re looking for:

  • A sharp eye for detail and an understanding of design trends
  • Confident working in a hybrid model during work hours
  • Reliable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Bonus points for experience in a studio or agency setting


Marketing Assistant (Part Time – Hybrid Model)

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s ready to jump in and support different parts of the studio’s work. From social media to campaign coordination, research, and reporting, you’ll be adding energy and structure to our projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Support with content creation and scheduling across platforms
  • Help coordinate campaigns and client communication
  • Assist with research, reporting, and general marketing tasks
  • Bring new ideas to keep projects creative and engaging

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with a genuine interest in marketing and content
  • Flexible, reliable, and happy to work across different projects
  • A good communicator who enjoys collaboration
  • Creative, curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced studio
