Ponder & Pitch is on the lookout for a sharp, curious, and creatively charged Graphic Designer.

If you thrive in a studio environment, love juggling creative briefs, and know how to take an idea from scribble to pixel-perfect—this one’s for you.

You’ll join a small-but-mighty team shaping brands, social content, pitch decks, packaging, and everything in between.

🖥️ What You’ll Do
• Turn creative concepts into bold, impactful visuals
• Design across formats: logos, socials, websites, brochures, packaging, signage + more
• Collaborate with clients & team to keep branding sharp and aligned
• Build mood boards, explore brand directions, and bring the good ideas to life
• Manage multiple projects without losing your cool (or your kerning)

🧠 What We’re Looking For
• A strong, versatile portfolio
• Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Bonus if you know Figma or After Effects
• 2+ years in a studio or agency
• Detail-obsessed and feedback-friendly
• A sense of humour and taste

✨ Nice to Have
• Animation or motion graphics skills
• Photography or video editing chops
• A soft spot for grids, fonts, and colour palettes (you’re safe here)
