Marketing Coordinator (Social & Creative)

Location: Mosta I Hybrid Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed for a “social-first” thinker who understands that a great social presence is a blend of data-driven strategy and beautiful storytelling.

You will be the engine behind our clients’ digital identities. We need someone who can jump into a fast-paced environment, manage multiple brand voices, and produce content that doesn’t just look good—it performs.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Channel Management: Take full ownership of the daily “health” of social channels. This includes scheduling, posting, and optimising content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Creative Content Production: Ideate and execute high-quality assets. You’ll be responsible for filming and editing short-form video (Reels/TikToks), designing multi-slide carousels, and creating static graphics.
  • Brand Identity & Design: Act as a brand guardian. Using Canva (and ideally Adobe Creative Suite), you will ensure every post aligns with specific brand guidelines, typography, and colour palettes.
  • The Art of the Caption: Write compelling, platform-specific copy. You know that a LinkedIn post requires a different tone than a TikTok caption, and you can switch between them seamlessly.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyse weekly/monthly KPIs. You’ll transform raw data (reach, engagement, growth) into simple, actionable insights.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

  • The Experience: At least 1+ years of professional experience in a social media or digital marketing role. Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously is essential.
  • Platform Expertise: You must be highly proficient in Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager experience is a plus). You should know how to navigate the backend of Facebook and Instagram like the back of your hand.
  • The “Design Eye”: Proficiency in Canva is non-negotiable. You should have a portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of layout, visual hierarchy, and aesthetic consistency.
  • Video Editing: Practical experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile editors) specifically for social formats.
  • Strategic Thinking: You don’t just follow a calendar; you think about why a post will perform and how it fits into the broader marketing goals.
  • Portfolio: A link to your work (or a PDF attachment) is required. We want to see your best graphics, video edits, or successful campaigns you’ve run.
