With flagship locations like Ewropa Business Centre and Capital Business Centre already under its wing, the brand needed to reflect the same level of polish and reliability that defines its buildings. The challenge was to articulate the brand’s long-term vision without falling into generic real estate clichés.

Building the Brand from the Ground Up
We began by identifying the brand’s core attributes, trust, focus, refinement, and confidence. These values shaped the visual language and the tone of voice. The branding needed to speak to business owners, investors, and facility managers alike, balancing elegance with practicality.
The result was a visual system that feels grounded and architectural. Every design decision was made with structure and scale in mind, from the typography to the spacing system, to how the logo would sit on signage and technical documents.
