Overview

The 2025 Chamber of Commerce Conference tackled a timely and often overlooked issue: the mental health of business leaders. Organised in collaboration with Willingness, this edition asked a simple but powerful question; Who’s taking care of the boss?

Held under the Chamber’s banner, the event brought together executives, founders, and professionals from across Malta to explore the psychological weight of leadership. It wasn’t just another corporate talk. It was a call for honest reflection, deeper empathy, and stronger workplace support systems.

The Design Brief

We were tasked with building a full brand identity for the event, striking a balance between institutional credibility and human emotion. The visual system needed to feel fresh but grounded,  modern enough to attract new audiences, respectful enough to sit under the Chamber of Commerce umbrella, and flexible enough to work across media.

With Willingness at the core of the content and the Malta Chamber setting the tone, our design language had to sit at the intersection of science, business, and care.

Video Production

To support the campaign rollout, we collaborated with Nest Creative Lab to produce a short video advert ahead of the event. The video acted as a digital hook introducing the event’s theme in an accessible way and driving early engagement across social media and stakeholder channels.

Its narrative offered a glimpse into the unseen pressures of leadership and asked the central question directly, building emotional resonance while reinforcing the call to attend.

On-Site Design Execution

The visual identity was extended into the venue itself. Stage backdrops, screen graphics, banners, and branded content were implemented to ensure every physical touchpoint echoed the campaign’s design.

This helped create a unified experience from arrival to closing, a space where attendees were visually and mentally immersed in the event’s core message.

Why It Matters

Design plays a crucial role in shaping how a conversation is received. For events like this, the goal isn’t decoration. It’s clarity. Trust. Connection. When the subject is something as personal as mental health, the role of design is to support the message, not compete with it.

That’s what we brought to this project, a visual identity that allowed the content to breathe and the message to land.
