Normal is boring. We don’t do normal. Ponder & Pitch is 5 years deep in the game. We’re growing, glowing, and looking for legends who will help us conquer the next 5 years. We want people who work hard, laugh loud, and know that “good enough” is basically a swear word here.

Social Media & Marketing Assistant (AKA: The Content Engine)

The Vibe: You live in vertical video. You know what audio is trending before it hits the mainstream. You are primarily here to feed the social media beast, but you’re also ready to jump in and support the wider marketing team when the pressure is on. You are creative, fast, and you don’t need to be told how to use Instagram.

The Gig:

  • Social First: You are the hands-on creator. Filming BTS, basic CapCut editing, scheduling posts, and engaging with our community so we don’t look like ghosts.
  • The Support: When you aren’t posting, you’re the wingman. Researching trends, helping on production sets, and assisting with general marketing chaos.
  • The Nitty Gritty: managing the content calendar and ensuring assets are organised and ready to go.

You Are:

  • Experienced. You have at least 1 year in a similar role. You’ve managed pages before, not just your personal account.
  • A Native Creator. You know your way around TikTok, Reels, and CapCut.
  • Adaptable. You can switch from “Community Manager” mode to “Admin Support” mode without losing focus.

The Plot Twist (Senior Applicants): Overqualified? Good. If you are a Senior looking for a new home, apply anyway. We are looking for talent. If you have the skills to lead rather than assist, we will shape this role (and title) to fit your level. Show us what you’ve got.

The Toolkit (Must Knows):

  • Socials: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite.
  • Creation: CapCut (Advanced) & Canva.
  • Org: Trello & Google Workspace.

2. The Studio Executive (AKA: The Team MVP)

The Vibe: You are everyone’s best friend. Why? Because you make their lives easier. You are the glue that holds the studio together. You float between departments, supporting the Socials team, the Designers, and the AV crew, making sure they have exactly what they need to kill it. You take a share of the projects, and own them. When the studio gets chaotic, you are the calmest person in the room.

The Gig:

  • The Multi-Hyphenate: One hour you’re helping prep a social media calendar, the next you’re reviewing a design deck, and the next you’re coordinating logistics for the AV team. You’re there when needed, always.
  • Project Owner: You don’t just assist; you’re the owner of our projects. You ensure deadlines are hit and standards are met.
  • The Vibe Check: You keep the team sane. You remove roadblocks before they become headaches.

You Are:

  • A shapeshifter. You can speak “Designer,” “Video Guy,” and “Social Strategist” fluently.
  • Tech Forward. You use AI to optimise workflows, but you know the difference between “efficient” and “lazy.” No copy-pasting robot text.
  • Hyper-organised. Your calendar is a work of art.
  • A people person. You know how to read the room and get the best out of everyone.
  • 2+ years in an agency/multibrand setting is required for the role.

The Toolkit (Must Knows):

  • Project Management: Expert-level Trello (or similar PM tools).
  • Communication: Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Creative Literacy: You don’t need to be a designer, but you need to know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and CapCut (to review social content).

3. The Open Call (AKA: Shoot Your Shot)

The Vibe: We weren’t planning on hiring you. But maybe we should. We are in a phase where the work is coming in and slowly growing into our next phase. We don’t know exactly what we need next week, maybe it’s a videographer, a social media manager, a strategist, or a wizard.

The Deal:

  • If you love what Ponder & Pitch is doing…
  • If you think you can add serious value to our team…
  • If you want to be part of the next 5 years…

Then Reach Out. Don’t wait for a job title. Tell us what you’re good at, show us your portfolio, and tell us why we’d be crazy not to hire you.

The Toolkit: Whatever weapons you use to make magic. Adobe? DaVinci? AI? Excel? Tell us what you use and how you use it to create original work.
